ALOHA! It was another Great year for the Aloha Club in Tahoe. We played the Lake Tahoe Golf Course, both the Lakes and Resort courses at Genoa, and some of the early arrivals played Edgewood. The courses were great, the area was beautiful with a lot of snow still on the mountains, and the weather was perfect. The location offered a multitude of things to do, but our golf schedule and evening dinners didn't leave too much time, except for a little gambling! We had a relatively large group this year with 32 attending and 23 golfers. We had group dinners at Kalani's on thursday and Edgewood (Brooks Bar) on Saturday - one of Golf Digest’s 50 Best 19th Holes (see the article). Marilyn Tuck was recognized as the winner, but it was found that Jim Pearson had tied her for the Championship after a later review of the scores. CONGRATULATIONS to Both of them!
